“It’s much better to be intentional, to be focused, and to be dedicated” – Marcus Buckingham

My desire to help others started years ago when I realized that I had something to share. What exactly–I had no idea–but I knew it was something. I constantly prayed and asked God– what’s my niche, what’s my calling, what’s my purpose and everything in-between. What I didn’t realize– it was always there, I just couldn’t see it because I was putting the wrong label on it and operating on the wrong motives.

I’ve always desired to do work that I love and apply my gifts, talents and skills to help others succeed. That’s how I got here. I started working, after work, putting together information in ebooks and writing blogs on subjects that I thought would help other people grow professionally as well and personally. Out of all the jobs I’ve had, this “after work experience “ brought me joy and the journey is only just beginning.

During this time, my faith strengthen because it took a while for me to grasp what I was supposed to do and more importantly, how to do it. I had to believe in what God put in me and JUMP! I had to believe I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. So here I am– sharing my faith, stories and experiences with you in hopes that something I say will increase your quality of life.

We all have something that is in our hearts to do but sometimes we need a little push and a little encouragement to get started. That’s where you need me—a motivationalist.

By the way, I’m married to my Army buddy Kenny and have two teenage boys—one in college, the other in high school– and of course, a dog named Diesel. My favorite snacks are the four Ps—peanuts, potato chips, pickles and popcorn.
